Five steps to a customised office design

Together with you, we develop the initial idea into a final design, including an accompanying budget. At the end of the design process, we deliver a complete plan with a detailed design, a clear budget and time line. We know the market inside out. This allows us to purchase competitively and secure favourable terms in almost all cases.

1. Exploration & workplace concept

We identify your needs, working methods and culture, translating these directly into a clear workplace concept. There are no abstract models, only choices that suit the way you really work.
2. Design

The concept is developed into a concrete design, with careful consideration of materials, layout and functions. Every choice is assessed for use, feasibility and impact, resulting in a design that works in practice and is affordable.
3. Construction preparation

All sketches, detailed plans and technical components are finalised, with suppliers and contractors selected and coordinated. The schedule and budget are confirmed before implementation begins.
4. Realisation

Implementation is carried out under a single management structure. We coordinate all parties, monitor quality and address any issues immediately. Work continues as agreed, right through to the final metre.
5. Completion and commissioning

Once everything is functioning and finished as agreed, we deliver a workplace that is ready for immediate use. All elements are carefully checked to ensure everything works exactly as intended.
